At Renew Laser & Aesthetics, treatments are provided in a private, appointment-only clinical setting reserved exclusively for one client at a time. Clear guidelines are provided to help ensure safety, optimal results, and a smooth experience. Please review the information below prior to scheduling an appointment.
Appointments & 24 Hour Cancellation Policy
Appointments are held once all required intake forms are completed and the appointment is confirmed at least 24 hours in advance. Appointments that remain unconfirmed or have incomplete intake are released.
Each visit is carefully scheduled to ensure uninterrupted, personalized care and requires advance preparation.
Cancellations or changes require a minimum of 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made outside of this window are subject to a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service cost and must be paid in full prior to any rescheduling request.
This policy allows appointment time to be reserved for confirmed clients.
Renew Laser & Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at any time, for any reason deemed necessary at its sole discrection.
Preparation & Aftercare Guidelines
Preparation and aftercare are an important part of treatment safety and results.
All clients must arrive with clean skin (free of fragrance, oils, moisturizers, lotions, self-tanners, recent-tanning or excessive sun exposure, active skincare products, etc.) and must be clean shaven in the target area(s) receiving treatment unless otherwise instructed. Clients taking photosensitive medications must wait 2 weeks after the day of their last dosage to receive any Laser treatment.
Following treatment, clients are expected to follow all post-procedure guidance provided and allow appropriate recovery time between sessions.
Clients under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during consultation and treatment. Per Laser safety, small children are not permitted.
